Abstract

The daily routines and decisions that affect a person's physical and mental health are referred to as lifestyle and health-related behaviors. Diet, exercise, sleep habits, substance abuse, and stress reduction are some of these activities. While harmful lifestyle choices raise the risk of diseases including diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease, healthy lifestyle choices can avoid chronic illnesses, enhance quality of life, and extend longevity.Health-related behaviors are influenced by social, psychological, and environmental variables. In order to improve public health outcomes and motivate people to incorporate sustainable, health-promoting habits into their everyday lives, it is crucial to comprehend and promote healthy lifestyles.
