While harmful lifestyle choices raise the risk of diseases including diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease, healthy lifestyle choices can avoid chronic illnesses, enhance quality of life, and extend longevity.Health-related behaviors are influenced by social, psychological, and environmental variables. In order to improve public health outcomes and motivate people to incorporate sustainable, health-promoting habits into their everyday lives, it is crucial to comprehend and promote healthy lifestyles.
