Smartphones provide powerful features for computing, entertainment, and social media networking, making them essential in daily life. However, excessive use especially among students can result in dependency, which negatively affects the academic performance. The widespread use of smartphone has raised global concerns about overuse addiction, with studies showing inconsistent outcomes regarding its effect on academic achievement. This study intended to evaluate the level of dependency on smartphone with and to explore its association academic performance within BSN students at Sahara Nursing College Narowal.
